Dan Mongak, LMFT
Dan is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with a Bachelor's Degree from Montclair State University in Psychology and a Master's Degree from Kean University in Psychology. He has over 13 years of experience working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families in a variety of mental healthcare settings. He is able to help clients with a wide array of concerns from moderate to severe anxiety and depression as well as relationship issues, family conflict, parenting, grief, interpersonal skill building, stress management, navigating life transitions, and more.
He utilizes evidence based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and motivational interviewing combined with skills based interventions to help you to reach your goals.
