I had many different experiences throughout my life that helped shape me into the person that I am today (with some help along the way!). I wanted to be able to go into a career where I can help others navigate and grow through their own experiences.

I’m an ambivert at heart. I can be found spending time out with friends, at a concert, or hockey game but I can also be found curled on my couch in a blanket binge-watching TV or reading a book while snuggling my dog. Otherwise, the person that you see in sessions is the same person I am outside of sessions, I try to be as authentic as possible!
I treat goal-setting as a collaborative effort; working with my clients to understand their needs and coming up with a game plan together. I use time in session to check in on progress and make modifications to our plan to help navigate any barriers.
I define success by moments of achievement, both big and small. Success can range from a client being able to express their emotions for the first time to remembering to fold their laundry!
To prioritize one self-care act per day. This self-care act can vary day-to-day depending on their responsibilities and schedules! Oftentimes, we will create a list of self-care activities that the client is able to choose from.
That they felt heard, validated, and ready to achieve their goals!
