I wish clients knew that while the process can seem overwhelming, we’re here every step of the way to make it feel clear and manageable.
Can you share a fun fact or something unique about yourself?
A fun fact about me is that I’m a huge Disney fan! I love how Disney stories capture the magic of imagination and hope. Whether it’s visiting the parks or enjoying classic films, I always find joy in the creativity and positivity that Disney brings to the world.
How do you ensure the billing and insurance processes are transparent and accessible for all clients?
I strive to make the process simple by offering clear explanations and being here to answer questions whenever they come up. I want clients to feel comfortable and confident in understanding their options.

What do you find most rewarding about working with clients on these important aspects of their care?
The most rewarding part is knowing I’ve helped lift a weight off their shoulders, so they can focus on what truly matters—their well-being.
What’s one tip for managing stress or staying organized that helps you in your day-to-day work?
Taking one task at a time and celebrating small wins (usually with a sweet treat!) helps me stay grounded and positive. It’s amazing how those little things can lift your spirits!
