Amanda Zavattieri, LPC
Amanda is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Loyola University and a Master's Degree from William Paterson University in Clinical and Counseling Psychology. She has been teaching classes on behavior modification, lifespan development, psychology of adolescents and family, middle child development, and social psychology as an adjunct professor at William Paterson University for 11 years. In addition, she has experience as a school counselor and working with those who have intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Although she considers herself a general practitioner, she excels at working with individuals and couples experiencing issues with anxiety, stress management, and life transitions. Her clinical approach incorporates elements of psychodynamic counseling and cognitive behavioral therapy to help her clients reach their goals.
