I prioritize creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and respected. I take a collaborative approach, moving at each client’s pace and ensuring they feel safe, comfortable, and empowered throughout the therapeutic process.

In my free time, I enjoy puzzles, crocheting, and embroidery. I also love game nights, staying active, and reading.
I worked with a young adult who struggled with anxiety and low self-esteem. Together, we identified triggers, built a coping skills list, and practiced positive affirmations and assertive communication. The client is now thriving in college, actively participates in class and extracurricular activities, advocates for themselves, and feels more confident.
The most rewarding part of my work is hearing a client acknowledge and verbalize their accomplishments throughout the therapeutic process. It’s powerful to hear how proud they feel after overcoming challenges and building resilience.
A personal strategy I use to manage stress is writing out a short list of the most important tasks and breaking them down into manageable steps. This helps me stay organized and prevents everything from feeling overwhelming.
That therapy is a safe place to be heard and supported. I’m here to walk alongside you, at your pace, as you work toward growth and healing.
