We usually recommend that our clients use these apps to help them ease their mind, calm their anxiety, and prepare them to conquer whatever obstacles the week brings!

Pacifica is an app based off of mindfulness, relaxation, and cognitive behavioral therapy techniques that’s designed to give you the tools to address anxiety and stress in your life. Pacifica includes features to track your daily activities and how they relate to your stress.
2. Headspace
Headspace is an app which guides you through learning how to meditate. Meditation is an effective skill which can help improve your focus, become more mindfully present, and relieve anxiety in your life.
3. Calm
Calm helps you meditate, sleep, and relax. This app includes immersive scenes of nature and soothing background music which can help you improve your mood, and your life! Everybody can benefit from a little calmness!
4. Colorfy
Coloring books aren’t just for children anymore! Adult coloring books are now available on your phone. This app allows you to select your template and color, then paint! Coloring is a form of art therapy. The act of coloring designs can engage your focus for hours and is very relaxing. Give it a try!
5. Relax Melodies
Is stress keeping you up at night? Relax Melodies is a wonderful app that helps you fall asleep. You can select sounds and melodies that you like and combine them to create a mix.
