THE BLOG

Due to the prevalence of ED on college campuses, Modern Therapy was invited to speak with the students of NYU. The event was held on March 29th, 2018 in the Global Center for Academic and Spiritual Life.

By having fewer things to distract or trigger you, your mental health will be positively impacted. Minimalism gives you the chance to tune out all the noise in your life and help you change for the better.

Mental health needs in college students are at an all time high. We explore some reasons this crisis is happening.

Modern Therapy exhibited at the annual NAMI conference on December 2, 2017.
